We accept returns on eligible items within 5 days of delivery. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Some items are final sale. Please review details below.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
Be requested for return within 5 days of the delivery date
Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Include original packaging where applicable
Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Items returned outside this window or not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
Custom or made-to-order pieces
Personalized items
Digital products or downloads
Sale or discounted items
Due to the nature of handmade and artistic work, these pieces cannot be restocked or resold.

Your order number
The item you wish to return
The reason for the return
Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs
Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to process after approval
If the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or use, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Because many items are one of a kind, we recommend returning the item (if eligible) and placing a new order.
